Angarpada Panchayat College, Raruan is established by local intellectuals in the year 1980 located at “Medhamundi” is mostly geographically separated from the state by the flow of river “Bhandan” and Belma Stream. It is a border based college adjacent to the Jharkhand state about (0.5 KM) away.
